He wrote the only book about custody in the Arab World “PROVISIONS OF CUSTODY IN ARABIC AND FOREIGN LAWS” after investigating all the Arab legislation seeking to claim that legal systems should be revised in pursuit of the best interests of children, as is the case in Europe.
Borja Brañanova: he is a Spanish father who studied Mining Engineering at the University of Oviedo & the Polytechnic of Madrid, and Business at ESHAL University of Brussels and Wollongong in Australia. Currently, together with a team of international experts, he is litigating in a foreign Sharia Court located in Dubai, the heart of the Middle East and a benchmark for Arabic and Islamic societies, seeking justice and equality for parents and children and legal globalization of children’s best interests, which merely requires strong governmental leadership with regards to compliance with UN agreements signed by their nations, especially those designed to protect children.
